This is an update to Internet Explorer which resolves an issue with JScript Scripting. Downloading this update will prevent possible unauthorized access to your computer.
When Internet Explorer encounters a Web page that uses a JScript script, Internet Explorer could close unexpectedly. A skilled hacker could use such a script message to run arbitrary code on your computer. In order to be affected by this problem, you must visit a Web site that was intentionally designed to include a malicious script.
This problem does not occur accidentally on Web pages, but rather must be intentionally created by a Web site administrator with malicious intent.
There have not been any reports of customers being affected by this problem.
